I am from Hubei, which is located in the middle of China. Like any other person from Hubei, I used to enjoy eating spicy food, but after living in New Zealand for 10 years, my taste has gradually shifted and I now can’t eat too much spicy food.
I hold a degree in Business Administration from Xiamen University and was fortunate enough to be selected to work at Huawei after graduating. Huawei is one of the world’s top 500 companies and working there allowed me to develop my time management and administrative skills, as well as learn how to work effectively under pressure.
In my real estate career in New Zealand, I worked as a Maintenance Manager and Property Manager for over 3.5 years in my previous role. This experience equipped me with the ability to communicate effectively with landlords, tenants, contractors, and all other parties involved in the maintenance process. I joined Climber Property as a Property Manager in 2021 and since then, I have gained even more valuable experience representing myself in supporting our clients and tenancy tribunal hearings from which I emerged victorious.
In my leisure time, I enjoy going to the beach and relaxing while watching kids play, playing badminton, and listening to music.
