My Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting & Finance is from Unitec; I got the New Zealand Certificate in Residential Property Management (Level 4) three years ago.
I successfully managed 136 portfolios and completed 127 lettings in my second year as a property manager. At the same time, I developed 43 new properties for the company and consistently achieved positive outcomes in tribunal cases on behalf of clients.
