Eligibility Criteria: The Promotion benefits are extended to landlords who meet the following criteria

• Engage the property management services of Climber Property for their rental property during the Promotional Period.

Promotional Period:

The Promotion starts at 00.01 am NZDT on 1st Nov 2023 and closes at 11.59 pm NZDT on 31^st  Jan 2024. The Promoter reserves the right to alter the start and closing dates as reasonably necessary.

Offer:

During the Promotional Period, landlords who meet the eligibility criteria will be entitled to an exemption from paying any letting fees usually charged by Climber Property for tenants .

Exclusions:

The following fees and costs remain unaffected by the Promotion and will still be applicable:

• Any charges related to property maintenance, repairs, or improvements.
• Utilities, taxes, and other ongoing property-related expenses

Claim Method:

The redemption is subject to the actual time of signing Property Management Authority agreement. Please note that the Promoter will verify and validate all claimants’ eligibility.

Other Conditions:

1. Landlords participating in the Promotion will retain the right to approve tenant applications based on Climber Property’s recommendations. The final selection of tenants and the terms of the tenancy agreement will be subject to mutual agreement between the landlord and the tenant(s).

3. Use with other offers: This Offer is not available in conjunction with any other Climber Property promotion, offer or discount unless otherwise specified.
4. Not transferable: All Offers unless stated to the contrary are not transferable & cannot be converted to cash.
5. Climber Property reserves the right to vary, suspend or terminate the Offer at any time at its absolute discretion.
6. Climber Property reserves the right to disqualify any landlord found to be in violation of these terms and conditions or attempting to exploit or manipulate the Promotion’s fairness.
