Grace embodies passion, patience, and perseverance in her role as a Property Manager at Climber Property. Known for her reliability, honesty, and warm approach, she is dedicated to providing exceptional service and building strong relationships with clients.

With more than eight years of HR experience in a global company, Grace brings strong problem-solving, research, and people-understanding skills. She also has over eight years of small-business experience in Auckland, sharpening her time-management, organisational, and multitasking abilities. In addition, her three years of building construction management experience give her a practical understanding of property structures and maintenance issues.

Originally from Shanghai, Grace has lived in New Zealand with her family for more than 13 years. She has embraced the Kiwi lifestyle and enjoys connecting with people from diverse backgrounds. Outside of work, she loves travelling, reading, movies, and cooking.
